The only public transport we could find to or from Cadaques were the Sarfa buses. They run daily to and from... Barcelona (Estacio del Nord), Figueres ,Girona, Empuria Brava, Llanca and other destinations. In the winter months there are only two or three buses per day to each destination but up to eight in the peak season.
