Golf Serres de Pals

Located between the villages of Pals and Torroella de Montgri and just at 2 kilometres of the Costa Brava, this newly-built championship course opened in October 2000, completing what the locals call the Golden Triangle of golf courses: Emporda, Pals and Serres de Pals. The course offers lovely views of the medieval village of Pals and Medes Islands nature reserve.

The golf course, designed by Ramon Espinosa, has three different areas with smooth hills, pine woods and lanes among lakes. Surrounded by marvelous landscapes from the Baix Emporda, this 18 holes course, par 72 and 6.263 metres of length, joints the best conditions to play golf and to enjoy the mild Mediterranean weather.

Serres de Pals Golf Course lies on the typical flattish rolling farmland countryside of the Baix Emporda, with few trees. When you enter through a path in the hedgerow, you come to the 14th, 15th and 16th holes, which could easily be mistaken for a typical Floridian golf course on the swamps.

The clubhouse, an old Catalan farmhouse dating from the 19th century, is a great place to reflect on your shots after the game.

Details: 18 holes Par 72 Length 6785 yds.
Location: Pals, 17256 Girona, Costa Brava.
