Aiguafreda

Aiguafreda beach can be reached directly by car or on foot from Sa Tuna. This small beach nestling beneath Puig Rodó mountain has a boat jetty and a pleasant picnic zone with stone tables and benches in the shelter of the pines. The tranquillity of this area and its spring make it a perfect place for having family meals while at the same time enjoying the beauty of the landscape.

The bay is surrounded by rocks and sheltered from the wind, which allows boats to anchor there, and it has very good facilities (washrooms, showers, car parking area, etc.). It can be reached by car along the Begur to Sa Tuna road, as well as by the road from Sa Riera that flanks the coast. On foot it can be reached along the coastal path from Cap Sa Sal to Sa Tuna and by the local path that starts out from Mas d’en Pinc (formerly Carmen Amaya’s house).
