A private drive leads to the villa which is in an elevated position. Please note that there are many steps up to the front door. A covered terrace wraps around the house with excellent large covered dining area off the living room.

The coastal village of Tamariu is 1.5km and has a most attractive promenade with waterfront restaurants and shops. The beach is sandy and this is a perfect spot for relaxing.

Approached by a private driveway with extensive gardens on various levels and a private pool. Several terraces, covered and open, with plenty of outdoor seating/dining and sun beds.

The villa has an open plan split level living room and kitchen dining room.
