Sleeps 14. Built and furnished to a high specification with private pool and direct sea views. Three of the 5 bedrooms lead directly to the poolside terrace and the carefully designed garden offers many terraces with eating and sunbathing areas.  You can walk to the beach at Sa Riera (15mins) and historic Begur is 2km. Aircon.

Luxury villa with stunning sea views and infinity pool, close to the steps to the beach village of Sa Riera with waterfront restaurants a few shops and twice weekly market. The enchanting historic town of Begur with wonderful choice of Catalan restaurants, shops, tapas bars and late night cellar bars is just a 5 minute drive or so.

The landscaped grounds have several terraces including two leading from the main bedroom. With a dedicated bbq area and ample garden furniture this makes a most relaxing area to enjoy the panoramic views with easy access from the house.

The furnishings are to a very high standard throughout.

A private drive leads to the house with a garage. At this level the front door opens to a hall and a door to a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Stairs to the first floor open onto a large open plan living area with glass doors to several terraces including access to the pool area with a terraced surround and direct sea views.

The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and dining table and chairs for 14 persons. There is a flat screen tv [freeview], cd/dvd. Also on this level are 3 bedrooms (double ensuite, twin and single with extra bed) and a further bathroom.

A galleried landing leads to the master bedroom suite with bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower. A large room leading off the master bedroom is ideal for children to share as this doubles up as a sixth bedroom with a double sofabed and two single sofabeds sleeping an additional 4 people.

The house has air conditioning and the living room has a wood burning stove.

A fully equipped very good quality kitchen leads from the dining area and has built in appliances including oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer.

A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer with an extra sink.

Casa Bianca is situated in an elevated position just 5mins drive from the charming medieval hillside town of Begur and within 20mins drive of the enchanting coastal towns of Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu. The beachside village of Sa Riera which has a good choice of restaurants and a few small shops is between 5-10mins by car or a 20minute walk via steps to the beach. This sandy bay gently slopes to the sea making it ideal for young children and the dramatic cliffs and coastline provide a wonderful backdrop.
