Sleeps 6.  Villa with large private pool and sea views.  Undergoing extensive refurbishment with the addition of a third bedroom. For 2010 there will be super accommodation with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one at poolside).  1.5km from Begur and 2km from Sa Riera beach.  Aircon.  Wifi.

This villa is currently being remodelled and converted for the 2010 season to contain an extra bedroom on an additional upper floor which will have a private bathroom and terrace with very good views of sea and countryside. In addition there will be replacement bathrooms, kitchen and tiling with fresh decoration and new furnishings throughout, making a most attractive holiday home with accommodation for 6 people. At swimming pool level an additional shower room with w.c. is being installed.

Detached with a large private pool, views of historic Begur (1.5km) with its castle at the peak. The glorious beach and village of Sa Riera is just 2km.

The mature gardens, large swimming pool with Roman steps and lawned surround creates a very private area with sunbeds and garden furniture. At the side of the house convenient to the kitchen is a built in BBQ. A large terrace leads from the living room with direct sea views and views of Begur and the castle.

Gated steps lead to the villa which is on one level. A pretty living-dining room, comfortably furnished has superb views from the curved windows. There will be a newly fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin each with fitted wardrobes. All three bedrooms will have ensuite bathrooms and a terrace leading from the main bedroom. Airconditioning throughout. A shower room and w.c. at poolside will create spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Casa Erica is a charming detached villa very well maintained by the owners, in a secluded position situated just 5minutes drive from Begur and between 5 and 10 minutes drive to the superb sandy beach at Sa Riera with its choice of waterfront restaurants and shops.
