Sleeps 4.  In a wonderful location for an ‘away from it all’ holiday this villa enjoys superb sea views and is just 1.4km from the smooth rock bay at Aiguafreda and 4km from historic Begur. Accommodation is on one level, well spaced and offering space and comfort.

A south-west facing detached villa with private pool and magnificent sea views. Just 1.4km from Aiguafreda with waterfront restaurants and diving school and 4km from the fabulous historic town of Begur with its outstanding choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and cellar bars.

With many sandy beach resorts and places of cultural interest, this makes a perfect holiday location to experience real Spain.

Es Niu is situated in a very peaceful location with surrounding terraces and a large kidney shaped pool and outstanding views.

The house is split level with a terrace off the dining area and living room with a built in bbq and superb views.

In addition there is a large terrace to the side of the pool area and the surrounding grounds enjoy privacy and natural shade.

The living area has a seating and dining area with a breakfast bar to the fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and hob. Wonderful views can be enjoyed from the living areas and kitchen.

This villa comfortably sleeps 4 and an extra bed can be hired subject to availability and charge of £100 per week to reflect extra person, bed, linen and towels.
