La Julivia comfortably sleeps 8 people. A campbed for a child can be provided if you are a group of 9 people.

Just 1km from the centre of Begur, a charming hillside medieval village with a wealth of Catalan restaurants, small shops, bars, cafes and places of interest. Casa Julivia enjoys uninterrupted sea and country views.

At poolside there is a secondary kitchen with bbq and also a shower room. Here you can be independent of the house and with glass panel surrounds to the decking area, the views are quite stunning.

Casa Julivia is surrounded by enclosed gardens and has off street parking. Its situation is very peaceful, with no through traffic.

A private drive with electric gate and parking. The front door leads to an entrance hall and open plan living area with comfortable seating and dining for 8 persons. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher. A dining terrace from the living room overlooks the pool and has panoramic views.

The house was totally refurbished and extended in 2006 and is built on one level with the exception of the superb pool area which is on a lower level.

With four spacious bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms, one of which is at poolside, this house offers spacious and comfortable accommodation fitted to a high standard. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite and the finest sanitary ware has been installed.
