Severino Jallas Gandara, Brigitta Schmidt and their staff welcome you to Mas Falgarona. It offers 11 bedrooms equipped for maximum comfort, in natural and peaceful surroundings. At Hotel you will be able to savour excellent dishes in the traditional Mediterranean style of cuisine, but enriched with a touch of refined creativity that will delight the most demanding palates. We use only fresh, natural Catalan products and accompany them with luscious home-style cooking: fresh pasta, our cook’s desserts, bread baked in a wood-fuelled oven, etc. At night you can enjoy our gastronomic offerings under the typical Catalan vault of the restaurant or out on the terrace, beside the hotel swimming pool.
Located between sea and mountains, the area is a true paradise for sport, culture and gastronomy enthusiasts. It is here that the worldwide-acclaimed chef Ferran Adria, from the El Bulli restaurant, prepares his masterly dishes.
